left-behind children is a unique Chinese groups.As the continuous increase of migrant workers working outside gradually increases,such groups will exist for a long time.On the basis of reviewing the existing research,this article takes the left-behind children in A village as an example to investigate the situation of left-behind children's social capital at the community level and the mechanism for its production.In this study,qualitative research methods were used to collect data on 16 left-behind children,6 non-left-behind children,and 5 adults in structured interviews,non-structured interviews,and participatory observations,and follow the methods of qualitative research data processing.The collected material is processed.This article analyzes the three dimensions of community social capital in the village of A: the social network,norms,and trust in the situation and the production mechanism.In terms of social networks,the relationship between horizontal and vertical social networks of left-behind children and social capital is quite complex.It is also due to intergenerational transmission.The impact of horizontal social networks on the social capital of left-behind children can hardly be seen,and vertical social networks can There is a clear difference.Even if other adults have no prejudice against left-behind children,the lack of parental accompany leads to left-behind children having a “deaf” mentality in extending vertical social networks in informal settings.In formal situations such as the teacher-student relationship,the upper level can make up for it to a certain extent through the inclination of energy and active communication.In terms of norms,traditional culture,equal participation networks,and intergenerational transmission are the three reasons for the development of reciprocal cooperation norms for children in A villages.The requirements of traditional culture provide historical basis for the generation of community social capital and provide people with a normative theoretical direction that can be followed;an equal participation network provides practical conditions for the generation of community social capital,and gives opportunities for continuous participation within network members.Increased their number of games,thereby promoting the development of reciprocity and norms;and intergenerational communication has become a catalyst for community social capital,providing children with a set of authoritative basis and guidance.Compared to A-village's non-left-behind children,left-behind children do not have much difference in norms of mutual cooperation;in terms of trust,left-behind children do not differ much in the origin of trust in peer groups compared to non-left-behind children.,And for the higher trust of the same village,the formation path of the trust of left-behind children in A village is as follows: Firstly,it continuously interacts with peers and adults in the village to obtain cognitive information;secondly,it is selected to form a fixed small group and small group.It provides a nurturing platform for the generation of trust;at the end,continuing to interact in the community will precipitate the cognition into emotions and settle down to become trust.Finally,the paper analyzes the type of social capital: bridge social capital and bond social capital,and considers that the bond between left-behind children in A village is related to the social capital of bridge;the bond of left-behind children in A village is social capital and bridges.The generation of social capital provides the basis for social networking,trust,and reciprocal cooperation norms;Base of left-behind children and non-left-behind children are in the social network of A village,the affiliated with community-level bonding social capital,bridgeing social capital,and non-left-behind children are no big difference.
