Research On The Predicaments And Countermeasures Of Rural Community Building In County B In The Perspective Of Social Capital Theory

The 19 th National Party Congress referred to the strategy of village rejuvenation as an important strategy for the party and government work as a national strategy.It also specified specific goals and tasks for the rejuvenation of villages and put forward specific work requirements.The traditional rural commun ity in our country is a common cultural community formed by local residents living in long-term common life in a state close to nature.After entering the modern society,with the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous advancement of the urbanization process,the influence of the external environment on the rural community has become stronger.The rural community is no longer in a natural state,but is the result of the country's urban and rural strategic planning.Constantly changing.In the rural construction,how to combine the characteristics of the local rural community and think about the problems of the local rural community,not just repeat the same construction,it is worth considering.The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between social capital and the creation of rural communities,and analyze the difficulties in creating rural communities in county B through the perspective of social capital theory.After reviewing the relevant literature on social capital and rural communities,this article discusses the importance of social capital for the creation of rural communities.From the perspective of social capital theory,it analyzes the predicaments created by rural communities in B counties and proposes corresponding countermeasures.First,it analyzes the relationship between the three dimensions of the social capital theory and the creation of rural communities,and explains the importance of social capital for the creation of rural communities.Second,it i ntroduces the "Global Village of Beijing" pilot program in B County and the B The process of creating county rural communities;Third,on the basis of summarizing the difficulties in the construction of rural communities in B counties,the three dimensions of social capital,namely,trust,network,and norms,were applied to the difficulties in the construction of rural communities in B counties.Thinking and analyzing the causes of the difficulties;Finally,based on the causes of the difficulties in the p revious analysis,suggestions were made for the further development of the construction of rural communities in county B.It is concluded that social capital plays an important role in the creation of rural communities.The lack of social capital has cause d the creation of rural communities to be in trouble,and it is necessary to reconstruct social capital to solve the corresponding problems,which in turn will promote the creation of rural communities in county B.This paper explores the problems and caus es of the construction of the community in B counties through the perspective of social capital theory,and puts forward relevant suggestions,so as to provide reference for follow-up academic research.
