Research On The Support Responsibility Of The Local Government For The Pension Of Families Lost Only Child In China

Since the two-child policy has been put forward from 1980 s to 2013,China has been strictly carried out one-child policy.It is undeniable that this policy has contributed greatly to the control of the total population of China,and has alleviated the pressure on resources and environment brought by the sharp increase of population,and has greatly promoted the economic and social development of China.However,as time goes by,some families that responded to the one-child policy may turn into families without any child once they lose their only one due to illness,accidents and many other reasons.At present,the number of this group is huge,and it is still rising each year.Up to now,the first generation who followed the one-child policy are in their old age,and the pension for these families has developed into one of the most concerned problems in the current society.From the perspective of the local government support responsibility,this paper focuses on how the local government meet its responsibilities to further protect the pension of families lost only child.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is introduction,this part introduces the background of this topic,research significance,sorting out the domestic and foreign research status and comments,research content and research methods.The second part mainly defines the core concept of this paper,expounds the relevant theory,and analyzes the main responsibility and necessity of the government to assist the families lost only child.The third part introduces the present situation of the families lost only child by positive analysis,then introduce the current situation of the local government assistance for the pension of the families lost only child,and analyze the reality effect and summarize experience;In the 4th part,the author makes a deep analysis of the plights and causes of the local government assistance to the families lost only child.The 5th part is the key content of this thesis,that is,making suggestions from seven aspects to improve the measures of the local government's assistance responsibilities for the pension of families lost only child.The last part is the conclusion.
