Resherch On Pension Security Studies About The Urban’s Families Whit The Only Child Lost In China

The arrival of aging society has become an indisputable fact, followed by the pension problem, which has become a worldwide problem during21st century. Since China adopted the family planning policy, the family structure miniaturizes gradually, which has its own structure vulnerability, and as a result becomes essentially risk families. Now the first-born own child families immediately or have already entered the aged era. Due to various reasons, the family lost their only child, so we called it lost family, which is the study object of this paper. Compare with villages, the cities do more in implementing the own child policy, and the pension problems appear earlier. With the loss of independence and the increase of age, the demand of parents over pension and pension gap will be greater, and the pension problem they face is worth of attention and urgent need to address.In this paper, I combine the literature and empirical research method, by adopting questionnaires, and study the only child lost families’pension problem from practical point in cities. Take NanChang for example, investigate the basic situation of the own families, the current situation of pension and the main demand and gap of pension, and raise political opinions about it according to the results of investigation.This article consists of the following:1. Introduction of the lost only child families’ pension, including the definition of related concept and theories, and interpretation of the social exchange theory and Maslow’s demand theory.2. The background and situation of the form of lost only child family, which look back of planned birth policies and the risk faced by the own child family, as well as the pension security status and pension dilemma3. The only child family’pension security issues investigation and analysis in Nanchang, make statistics about the basic family conditions through questionnaires and analyze the willingness and demand of pension. 4. Analyze the own family on the basis of investigation result, thus proposing some suggestions to guarantee better pension:complete the assistance system, build the pension service system suitable for lost only-child family.
