In recent years, with the rapid growth of economic strength and other aspects of the A District of Guangzhou City, the security situation is facing unprecedented complex situation. Face to the new period huge demand of public security, police force is stretched. Due to the strict restrictions for the police, police force growth is limited, the age structure aging problem of the police team and so on, has restricted the sustainable development of A District Public Security Organs of Guangzhou City. In order to solve the problem of the shortage of police, A District Public Security Bureau of Guangzhou City recruiting auxiliary police to full police force, the team since it was put into use since has become the maintenance of social order a indispensable important strength. However, while auxiliary police to make up for in lack of police force and making a significant contribution to the to the management of social security, because of various reasons auxiliary police officers identity is unknown, unclear responsibilities, management system imperfect, leading to the auxiliary police personnel illegal events have occurred, seriously affecting the image of the public security organs.Based on the social management tasks and resources of the police practical requirements of A District Public Security Bureau of Guangzhou City, with the help of the theories of human resource management and training management, combined with the actual domestic auxiliary management methods and practical experience with the A District of Guangzhou City,use social research method of literature and questionnaire and on the spot investigation and comparative analysis and other methods, to A District Public Security Bureau of Guangzhou City auxiliary police team as the research object, use the theory to practical analysis, find out the A District Public Security Bureau of Guangzhou City auxiliary police team training management status and problems, put forward to accelerate the legislation,constructing A District Public Security Bureau of Guangzhou City auxiliary police training management system and improve the bonus system auxiliary police team management countermeasures, look forward to perfect the human resources management and the development of the auxiliary police force to provide reference for decision making.
