From the view of public management, human resource management and optimizing configuration of theory, summed up the problem existed in our country grass-roots public security organs auxiliary police force allocation in the presence of common problems and Minhou County personality, draw lessons from domestic and foreign experiences, purposefully presents good measures and countermeasures of Minhou County base layer of the public security organ auxiliary police force allocation.
