Research On The Implementation Of The Training Regulations In The Chinese Public Security Organs

The police training regulation of the people's police of the public security organs,as the departmental rule of the ministry of public security,has promulgated and implemented within the public security organs and is legally binding on the national public security organs.Since its implementation on November 29,2014,the latest training regulation has played an important role in promoting the standardization of public security organs and improving the comprehensive quality of people's police.In the view of implement of the new training regulation,training regulation although stipulate in supervision mechanism,the support of funds,instructor training,base construction and personnel on the formulation of the rules,but in terms of specific implementation details,and there is some space for further improvement,and this thesis is based on the research of the supervision,instructor,the training base,manning quotas,funds for the preparation of the modification and improvement of training regulation.
