On The Cultivation Of The Justice Virtue Of Public Security Policemen

The construction of people's police professional ethics is an important part of public security ideological and political work.The level of morality of the People's police directly affects the effectiveness of law enforcement activities,affects the performance of laws and regulations,and affects the realization of social justice.Virtue is an individual's stable moral character and moral inclination.A person with a certain moral character follows the moral code of his own heart,and continues to practice concrete moral values instead of reluctantly acting the moral norms and moral constraints outside.In this paper,the theme of justice and morality is to explore how to make public security police recognize and accept the virtue of justice,and earnestly uphold the virtue of justice so as to truly practice the value of justice in law enforcement practice and all public security work,to promote the realization of social justice.To this end,this paper first explores the basic concepts of justice,as the basic meaning of the individual virtue and the specific connotation of the police's moral character,which is “Refined to Punish and Promote Evil”.From the personal moral and police professional ethics in two aspects,it discusses the feasibility and necessity of using justice as the theme of moral cultivation.After that,the different roles played by different groups of public security organs in the cultivation of the virtue are discussed.The ways of cultivating the virtue based on different objects are analyzed.The tools and intermediaries that should be used in the cultivation of the virtue are discussed.This article takes the three factors of morality with the highest recognition in the field of moral education as the paradigm,and discusses the main goals and main contents of the cultivation of the virtue of justice from three aspects: cognition,emotion and behavior.Namely,the cognition of justice in the basic position,the justice emotion(including the will of justice)in the transition phase and the ultimate goal of cultivating the virtue of virtue-justice practice.People's police groups have distinct political and unique professional characteristics,and the conditions,contents and methods of moral education are very special.In the process of exploring the justice and virtue education of policemen,this paper always sticks to the clear actual combat orientation and occupation guidance,pays attention to the path of justice moral cultivation with the professional characteristics of the People's police,which is manifested in the preparation process,implementation process and feedback process,as well as substantive justice education,justice cultivation and justice behavior.
