China is currently in a golden period of economic development and needs a lot of labor resources to promote social development.However,as the ageing of the population intensifies,China's economy is facing an extremely severe situation.Problems such as getting rich before getting old and increasing old-age dependency ratio are not only unfavorable to economic development,but may also derail our country's rapid orbit and even make our country fall into a dilemma.With the advent of an aging society,new demands have been put forward on the government and various social groups.If the problem of old people's pension is not completely resolved,it will put more pressure on the government's finances,and it will even affect the economic construction and social harmony.The development of the economy has promoted the transformation of people's traditional ways of supporting the elderly.Community old-age care has gradually become the mainstream model in China's old-age care system.With the rapid development of urban modernization,changes in living environment and social relations after retirement,and changes in family structure,the quality of life of the urban elderly has been greatly affected.Community old-age care has become a new type of old-age care that meets the needs and needs of the elderly in China.With the rapid development of urban modernization,changes in living environment and social relations after retirement,and changes in family structure,the quality of life of the urban elderly has been greatly affected.Community home-based pensions combine the advantages of home-based pensions,institutional pensions and community services,allowing the elderly to enter the community,choose their home,and enjoy community-based pension services.Therefore,the service quality and content of community home-based pensions need to be continuously improved along with the quality of life and demand characteristics of the elderly.Due to the late start of the community old-age care model in our country,it has only begun to popularize in recent years and has been gradually accepted by the general public.At present,China's community care service continues to make new progress,but at the same time it is still very narrow in service management,and also has shortcomings.The paper takes the community pension service in Dongsheng District as the research direction,takes the typical community in Dongsheng District as the research object,and selects the China Love Community Center for the Aged Service Center as an example.In the analysis of the sample,it was found that the current needs of the elderly in the China Love Community Nursing Center have distinctive characteristics.The demand for the elderly is distinctive,which is mainly reflected in the large number of empty nesters.However,these old people have a certain source of income,and they have more needs for spiritual and recreational life.At the same time,their desire for self-worth is stronger than the high income.Through questionnaires on service needs of the elderly at the center,we concluded that at present,there are problems such as the single-mechanization of old-age care services,lack of scientific medical procedures and rules,single entertainment items,lack of reasonable spiritual comfort items,and insufficient funds for service centers.The reasons for these deficiencies are the lack of an intelligent service model,the combination of medical treatment and health care needs to be improved and entertainment projects has not combined with the daily life of the elderly.The lack ofprofessional people and activities to comfort people's spirit and the lack of social participation are also the reasons.Drawing on existing domestic successful experiences,specific measures such as the realization of an intelligent integrated system,the improvement of the medical support system,the introduction of professional talents,and the encouragement of social participation were proposed to improve the service of Dongsheng District Community Service Center.It is hoped that we can explore the path of “community aged care service” in cities with local characteristics of Dongsheng District to further promote the development of community retirement services in China.
