The Design Research Of The Community Day-care Centers In New Commodity Community

Accelerated development of an aging population impact of pension concept and mode. Faced with the condition of "old before getting rich", how to deal with the coming "silver tide" and the problem of caring for the elderly has become a challenge and an urgent need to solve. The rapid growth in demand and changes in population and family structure make Home care and Institutional Care face difficulties. Community Care services in between, to meet the desire of family and familiar environment for the elderly, so that they do not leave their familiar environment can be taken care of.The social care service system is still imperfect in system and planning. The Community Day-care Center is the key and basic guarantee to the social care service system construction, but our research on the field is immature. This paper takes the Community Day-care Center as the research object, through on-the-spot investigation and case study to understand the construction of the facilities. Combined with the concept of outstanding cases at home and abroad, to research the design of the facilities in integration. The research contents including scale and area allocation, the structure of function and space. Analysis the design factor of the impact, and summarize the architecture design principle, To expand the function of the facilities, research the composite design, explore operational Community Day-care Centers in diversified and miniaturization paths, provide a scientific basis for future new Community Day care Center design.
