A Study On The Problem Of Bullying Minorsin Campus

In recent years,with the further reform of the educational system in China,the problem that relevant management norms and legal regulation lag behind the practice of campus security in China has been gradually highlighted.Bullying incidents of minors on campus appear frequently,and the problem is increasingly serious,which is even developed into campus crime."Campus bullying",which has a direct impact on the development of education in the country,the stability of society and the legitimate rights and interests of the relevant parties,has become one of the social problems that the NPC deputies are very concerned about in the past two years.The current research on the prevention and treatment of bullying of minors on campus is mainly discussed from the angles of pedagogy,psychology,sociology,and so on.From the angle of criminal law and criminology,this paper begins with the present situation and difficulties of bullying on campus.Through overseas investigation to complete the coping argumentation of community correction and the analysis of coping path of community correction.By combing the cases of bullying on campus,policy documents,legislation of community correction and so on,this paper has a more comprehensive grasp of the problem of bullying on the campus of minors as well as the finding of the problems and deficiencies.What's more,the author puts forward the idea of establishing a complete community correction response system by introducing the protective punishment model and perfecting the measures to prevent and cure bullying on campus.In the risk society,the early intervention of criminal law is not only helpful for the long-term stability of the society,but also conducive to the future development of children.The specific research contents of this paperinclude: the status quo and difficulties of minors' campus bullying,the extraterritorial investigation of minors' campus bullying,the argument that community correction should deal with the problem of bullying of minors on campus,the path of community correction to the problem of bullying of minors on campus.
