The researchof job burnout in has fruitful results both theoretical and empirical fields,but the majority of the research groups are mainly concentrated in the service industries,such as education and medical service.The problem of job burnout of the civil servants group has gradually aroused the attention of the society and the academic circles after 2000.However,the late start,the results are not many,many studies still remain in the connotation of job burnout.The junior civil servants are the most direct link to the implementation of the party and the national policy,and the most specific disseminators and promoters.The job burnout of the junior civil servants will affect the quality of the public service,and then affect the realization of the development goals of a local government.How to intervene in advance and take the initiative to resolve job burnout has become a difficult problem for the civil service management department.Through questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the job burnout situation of grass-roots civil servants in Quanzhou city.By electronic recycling out 559 questionnaires,using SPSS data analysis software with reliability validity analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis,multiple stepwise regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods for recovery of the questionnaire data analysis,here come the following conclusions:(1)Quanzhou civil servants at the grass-roots level are in the secondary vocational burnout level as a whole,which is imperative to get enough attention and intervention measures in advance.(2)Age,marital status,position and work unit are the demographic variables associated with job burnout.(3)job pressure,organization concerned about attention,wage income level,accountability,political ecology,year-end appraisal fairness,professional sense of honor,promotion channels,training,career planning and other 10 factors predictive of Quanzhou grass-roots civil servant's job burnout.Based on the dual-factor theory,with the multiple stepwise regression analysis of the influence factors of job burnout feeling,the article deeply analyses the cause of the grass-roots civil servant's job burnout,Among that the lack of hygiene factors lead to burnout is mainly due to the larger work strength and work stress,the mismatched compensation guarantee,imperfect evaluation mechanism,lack of harmonious management culture and the poor mechanism in accountability fault-tolerant,the political ecology still need to improve in six aspects,such as;Job burnout caused by the lack of incentive factors is mainly due to the lack of career development planning,inadequate training of education,lack of promotion channels,and weakening of the responsibility consciousness of grassroots civil servants.From the end of this article was based on dual-factor theory,improve the ability of mental adjustment,optimization of salary system,improving the evaluation mechanism,creating a good working environment,strengthening the supervision and accountability,creating a fresh air wind is political ecology,this six aspects gradually improve hygiene factors,and complete the mechanism of education and training,paying attention to carry out career planning,to play the incentive function of promotion,service four aspects using effective incentive factors from two aspects,how to ease the grass-roots civil service job burnout problem puts forward some Suggestions of intervention.
