| The grass-root government plays a very important role in the government management structure of our country.With the continuous development of society,the functional requirements of the grass-root government civil servants have been constantly changed,resulting in increased work pressure,decreased work enthusiasm and even dimission of the grass-root civil servants.Grassroots young civil servants,as the main group of grassroots civil servants,play an important role in the grassroots work of the government,but at the same time,they also bear great work pressure and are a high incidence of job burnout.The working status of grassroots young civil servants directly affects the work performance of grassroots government and the image of grassroots government in the minds of the masses.This paper takes the grass-roots young civil servants in X county,shaanxi province as the research object,finds the current situation of job burnout of local grassroots young civil servants through questionnaire survey,and conducts data analysis on the survey results to explore the causes of burnout.Research shows that young civil servants at the grass-roots level is moderate,X county,shaanxi province job burnout,and from individuals,families,organizations and the social four aspects analyzes the causes,among them,the individual level for professional reasons lack of a clear cognition,working with my interest and personality does not match,the cause of the family level often for work and family conflict,family pressure and so on,the cause of the organizational level human resource configuration is not reasonable,promotion and imperfect incentive system,the communication mechanism is not smooth,social reasons social supervision stress,social expectations too high and low social support,etc.In order to alleviate the job burnout of grassroots young civil servants in X county,shaanxi province,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the causes.Including individual,family,organization and the social four aspects,among them,the individual level have a correct attitude toward work,promote personal professional quality,improve personal ability countermeasure,such as household level countermeasures methods how to resolve conflicts,the reasonable cost to reduce the economic pressure,organizational level countermeasures have standard post Settings,clear responsibility,establishing scientific civil servants at the grass-roots level promotion and incentive system,establishment the mechanism of cadre exchanges,social countermeasures the government shall establish publicity portal,encourage positive propaganda of civil servants,establishing effective mass and the communication platform of civil servants.In order to improve the job burnout of grassroots young civil servants in X county,shaanxi province,improve their work enthusiasm,and further improve the management level of grassroots government in X county,shaanxi province. |
