Research On Problem Of Social Organizations Participation In The Youth Affair In Hui'an County

Youth are the future of the country and the hope of the nation.It is an important task for the party and government to serve the growth and development of youth.At the same time,youth are part of social,their growth and development are closely related to social organizations,too.In this paper,on the basis of defining the core concepts of youth,youth affairs and social organization,using the research methods of literature research,case study and interviews,to research the social organizations participation in the youth affair in Hui'an County.Analyzed the present situation of Hui'an County Committee of the Communist Young League through play a role of incubation cultivation,coordinating,services and leading,to condensed and guide other social organizations to actively participate in the youth affairs.Point out there are some problems such as lack of working funds,lack of professionalism,lack of standardization in the operating management.Explore the cause of the problem such as lack of channels and capabilities in funding,the founding of social organizations and training of talents are not forthcoming,lack of effective supervision and evaluation.Through the above analysis and argumentation,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the social organizations participation in youth affairs in Hui'an County.Such as,broaden the funding channels of youth social organizations,strengthen the professional construction of youth social organizations,supervise and evaluate youth social organization.Through research,this paper argues that build and perfect the work pattern of youth affairs is help to better integrate resources,strengthen team and improve efficiency,so as to promote youth affairs to a higher level.
