Research On The Operation Of Social Governance Convenience Service Center In Jinjiang City

With the rapid development of the society and economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,public citizens' awareness of participation in social management has been continuously increasingly strengthened.The process of building a service-oriented government in the country is also gradually advancing,meanwhile the requirement of constructing the convenience service center is higher.The convenience service center is consist of the government platform that provides administrative approval services,and the service platform which is based on hotline and provides convenient services like policy consultation,complaint advice,a business services and so on.The purpose of constructing convenience service centers is to present public services in a better and more superior form to the public.The construction of convenience service centers play a positive role in maintaining social stability and meeting the urgently-increasing development needs of the people.Nowadays,there are contradictions between the shift in government service demand with the current fragmented service resources of government agencies,lack of long-term mechanism,and the current situation of lagging management and supervision.The contradictions inevitably lead to many problems in the government convenience service projects which restricting the construction of service-oriented government.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the social management of the social service center in Jinjiang.It is found that although the convenience service center has achieved certain results,there are still some problems such as low public participation,failure to give full play to the central functions,ineffective implementation of coordination mechanisms,and inadequate coverage of management and supervision.This is intended to further analysis of the reasons for the existent problems,which exists in the unreasonable resource integration,the undound supervision mechanism,the imcomplete management system,the low public participation and so on.It is important to make further efforts to promote the perfect countermeasures for the operation of the convenience service center.First,we should improve the understanding and idea of the convenience service center.Second,improving a public service platform to expand public participation channels.Third,we should improve the functional system of the convenience service center.Fourth,we should optimize the integration of resources.Fifth,we need to improve the management system and the service supervision system.
