Evaluation Of Urban Community Residents' Safety Response Ability In Tangshan

The safe community construction was researched in the perspective of resident that is the subject of community in this article.Based on the evaluation research of community residents' safety reaction ability,the effectiveness and insufficiency of safe community construction were reflected more directly.Firstly,research approach of system theory was adopted.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,theory of environmental emergency,city disaster emergency management theory,research contents contained in the evaluation of community residents' safety reaction ability were expounded comprehensively on the basis of the literature researches and reference of other experts and scholars,through the combination of theoretical research and practical application.The four aspects of cognitive ability,prevention ability,disposal ability and recovery ability were put forward as the evaluation contents of the community safety reaction ability.4 first level indexes and 18 second level indexes were determined with Delphi method respectively.Secondly,on the establishment of Tangshan community residents' safety reaction ability evaluation indexes with the method of system analysis,the Delphi was used to optimize the second evaluation indexes scientifically.Analytical Hierarchy Process was applied to determine the index weight of every hierarchy,and the evaluation index system model of Tangshan community residents' safety reaction ability was established.Finally,the index system was applied in examples.According to the evaluation index system of community residents' safety reaction ability,questionnaire was designed.The spot investigation of Tangshan community residents' safety reaction ability was finished by random sampling.On the data statistics and evaluation,Tangshan community residents' safety reaction ability was comparatively analyzed in the four aspects: cognitive ability,prevention ability,disposal ability and recovery ability.Related suggestions on strengthening construction of safe community were made in the end.
