Study On Evaluation System Of Ecological Culture Community In Shanghai ——Based On Residents’ Demand Of One Sample Community Named D

This report is originated from the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which has addressed 2 major opportunities:first,putting the construction of economical-friendly civilization in the top-priority,integrating economical,political,culture and social construction,thus,framing up the “Five Dimensional” regime.Second,by request of demand of reinforcing the social management and generating innovative administration of society,this congress has also pointed our future directions.The joint-effort of these two facets has push China into an unprecedented urbanization period,which urge the research of urban ecological culture community to occur with an inevitable drive force and uprising momentum.Ecological culture community is where the citizen could practice ecological city life style,and it is also an effective way to make the city a better and more ecological place to live.By studying the relevant archives from both main land China and overseas,I found that the quandary of further ecology-oriented community development is majorly due to the lack of its evaluation system.This report has locked on Shanghai this ideal metropolis.In the light of the practice of this particular city,using hierarchy theory of needs,stakeholder theory explains the residents’ demand for the significance of the evaluation system of ecological culture village,and through the investigation and study of t local community named D,comprehensive urban development trend in the city and the industry managementrequirements,in the theory of ecological civilization,ecological culture,under the guidance of theory and governance theory to build evaluation system of ecological culture village,with regard to the construction of ecological culture with the characteristic of Shanghai district path,for the future construction of ecological culture in our country community provide certain theoretical guidance.This study breaks down into 6 chapters.In the first chapter,the study background,the proposal of questions,the meaning and methods and difficulties of study are all addressed.In the second chapter,the relevant concept of ecologically culture community and the fundamental theory and standpoint thereof are demonstrated.In the third chapter,by analyzing the relevant evaluation factors from both domestic and overseas ecological culture communities and the early practice of Shanghai local communities,I have found out the golden principle that a real qualified ecological culture community should be made of.In the fourth chapter,through the study of one of the typical shanghai local community D,applying the SPSS analytic tool,I analyzed the dimension of the local residents’ demand of the ecologically cultural housing complex,by which I explored the dynamic index of the construction of shanghai ecologically culture community.In the fifth chapter,the combination of the above and related theory,according to scientific principles,the principle of comparability and practicability of the index selection principle,build the evaluation index system of ecological culture village,its theme layer includes ecological benefit,governance,community culture,four aspects:technical means,the following 12 indicators,and select the evaluation method of fuzzy analysis method is given priority to,to determine the weight coefficient of each index,thus will qualitative grade into quantitative results.Finally,the seventh chapter is the conclusion of this report,which also points out the creative points of view that I pose on this issue.
