Research On The Performance Appraisal System Of Local Public Security Organs In Z County Based On Delicacy Management

With the deepening reform of public security organs in our country,the traditional management mode is no longer suitable for the current public security tasks.As a modern management model,fine management not only gradually gained wide public recognition and became an effective tool of management in many enterprises,but also aroused great attention in public security management.The application of fine management by Public Security Bureau of Z County is the inevitable choice in face of the increasingly complex social situation,and the growing public demand for public security services.What's more,it is of practical significance to the development of the policemen of Public Security Bureau of Z County,the credibility of law enforcement,as well as the improvement of work efficiency.With the case study of Public Security Bureau of Z County,this paper detailedly introduces its current condition,problems,and the necessity and feasibility of implementing police fine management.On the other hand,it elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of fine management model.In recent years,Z County Public Security organs has been committed to studying and exploring a scientific and effective team management mechanism,and introduced the target performance appraisal tool to further improve the executive ability and fine management level at the grassroots level.This study is based on the modern fine management science,unifies the thought and understanding,sets the target scientifically,refines the sharing of responsibility and authority,and applys the examination result fairly,and explores the new field of the police management mechanism of Z County public security organs.All in all,it makes sure the scientific result to be rigorous,the logic strict,with the hope of inspiring the enthusiasm of the public security organs and policemen at all levels,promoting the standardization of public security construction,as well as working as a model for the domestic public security system management.
