The career management of young people's police refers to the whole career of young people's police when they enter the police force,perform police duties,and leave the police force,the Public Security Bureau guides them to recognize,adapt to and identify with the police's ethics,and helps them plan and manage their careers by giving them appropriate incentives and performance evaluations,to provide the necessary support in business training,promotion and so on,so as to try to achieve the "win-win" process of self-development and overall development of the Public Security Bureau.The management of the career of the youth police is one of the basic conditions for the effective realization of the development of the youth police and the public security ranks.Though the survey of the career of the young people's police of Zhangjiagang Public Security Bureau shows that the young people's police under the age of 34 account for more than one-third of the total number of on-the-job policemen in the bureau,however,there are four problems to be solved in the management of their career,one is the lack of systematic career management,the other is the lack of rich types of vocational training,and the third is the limited promotion space for young police officers Fourth,the effectiveness of incentives is not obvious.To solve these problems in a timely and effective manner,the paper holds that attention should be paid to perfecting the corresponding training,promotion and management methods from the perspective of the system,so as to provide better and more powerful conditions for the growth of the young people's police,at the same time,we should also pay attention to the angle of encouragement,so that the young police can feel the care and warmth of the police camp.In order to better study the career management of the youth police of the Zhangjiagang Public Security Bureau,this paper adopts different research methods such as literature research,investigation and interview,Comparative Research,etc.,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the career management of the young policemen of the Zhangjiagang Public Security Bureau.The article is divided into the following parts: the first part is the introduction,the research background,research significance,concept definition,research ideas,research methods and possible innovative points are introduced,and the main writing direction of the paper is clarified;The second part is about the theory and practice of career management.It reviews the historical development of career management theory and the historical practice of police career management at home and abroad,the third part is the analysis of the current situation of the career management of the youth police of the Zhangjiagang Public Security Bureau,which mainly uses the form of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and visiting investigation,mainly on the Zhangjiagang Public Security Bureau of Young Police Education and training,performance evaluation,incentive protection,internal communication and other aspects of empirical;The fourth part discusses the current deficiencies of the career management of the young people's police of Zhangjiagang Public Security Bureau The fifth part mainly discusses how to improve the career management mechanism of the youth police of the Zhangjiagang Public Security Bureau from the aspects of establishing the mechanism scientifically,optimizing the education and training mode,implementing the scientific and efficient management,and innovating the measures to benefit the police,in order to improve the career management system and ability of the police in Zhangjiagang.
