| Sino-US relation is the research hotspot at Chinese and foreign academic field.It is the important stage from rival to mitigation for China and America at 1969-1972.There is vital significance of reality for China and America in the future,requesting for historical background,process and revelation for the development of Sino-US relation.This paper attempt to interpret and estimate the historical progress of the mitigation of Sino-US relation by means of two country's high level decision at the basis of detailed data,wielding scientific research.There are three parts in the whole paper.The first part interprets the historical background from rival to mitigation for China and America at 1969-1972,mainly including the first section :change of America's diplomatic environment,that is,declination of America's strength,the beginning of the multi-polarization of world,the rise and expansion strategy of Soviet Union,the aggravation of the Sino-Soviet conflict,the adjustment of America's global strategy,second section: the dilemma and outlet of China's diplomacy,that is,the dilemma of China's diplomacy and the outlet of China's diplomacy.The second part elaborates the historical process from rival to mitigation for China and America at 1969-1972,mainly including the beginning of rival between China and America,the development of mitigation between them.The third part states achievements and revelation from rival to mitigation for China and America at 1969-1972,showing the ever-increasing official communications and non-governmental exchanges,two countries' relations are further improved.The aim of this paper searches for the law of development of two countries' relations by that stage.The historical experience shows us that Sino-US has differences of cultural tradition,ideology and political system,but they should have mutual respect each other and increase communications,so that they could establish a major-country relationship based on win-win cooperation. |
