After the reform and opening up in 1978,the increasing development of market economy,gradually promote the restructuring of state-owned enterprises,the influx of foreign capital and private capital,the private economy in the socialist market economy and the proportion of rising status,supplemented by some gradually transformed into an important part of.However,in recent years the field of labor relations in private enterprises there are still some problems to be solved,for example,overtime salary arrears,lack of security protection,labor disputes,these problems not only need to take the case processing solution,but also need to build from the system design and system perspective.The private enterprises in our country can be said to be the product of the reform of the economic system.The labor relations of the private enterprises are different from the state-owned enterprises,but also different from the antagonistic labor relations in the capitalist countries.It can be said that it is a transitional labor relationship with a certain interest conflict and the ultimate trend and harmonious win-win situation under the premise of the fundamental interests.In October 2017,the nineteen major reports of the party clearly pointed out: "enterprise organizations should focus on the implementation of the collective wage consultation system,strengthen labor security supervision,do a good job of mediation and arbitration of labor disputes,perfect the labor standard system,improve the coordination mechanism of labor relations,and continue to build a harmonious labor relationship within the enterprise organization." As a result,the nineteen Party of the party not only summarizes the experience of enterprise organization labor relations in the period of social transformation and system reform,but also provides theoretical guidance for the construction of institutionalized and standardized labor relations of private enterprises.This paper mainly in the labor relations of private enterprises as the research object,by Marx and Engels thought China Communist Party leader collective labor relations as the guide,using the method of literature study and a combination of normative and empirical findings,follow the research ideas and solve problems,according to the analysis of the labor relations of private enterprises in china.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The introduction mainly summarizes the research background,research significance,research status,research methods,research ideas,innovation and shortcomings.The first chapter defines the basic concepts of labor relations in private enterprises and private enterprises,and then summarizes and sums up Marx and Engels' s thought of labor relations and the labor relations thoughts of the Communist Party of China.The second chapter first summarizes the main problems existing in the current labor relations of private enterprises in China,and then analyzes the specific reasons from above four aspects: laborers,private enterprises,trade unions,government and society.The third chapter,mainly guided by the content of Marx's labor relations theory,elaborates personal proposals and solutions from four aspects: laborers,private enterprises,trade unions,government and society.
