Thinking about the essence of things is driven by human's transcendental nature.Human always want to explore the truth behind the phenomenon,try to surpass the reality we are confronting,find the limitlessness in infinity,control the intangible invisibleness,and the immortality contained in the moment,in order to make a confirmation for the place where we live.This unique way of thinking is not only the origin of ancient ontology philosophy,but also constitutes the source of motivation for academics to explore the essence of ideological and political education.The philosophical thinking on the essence of ideological and political education shouldn't only make a study of the essence,but also should dedicate to the premeditated and reflective thinking.The essence is not only a matter of "what is it",it needs to think holistically and deeply about the original intention,the understanding of the essence and the ways of thinking,and needs to go beyond the understanding of intellectual thinking and dualistic opposition to make systematic,historical,realistic reflection and answer.However,according to "the value activity of adjusting the relationship between human and society",we should understand the essence of ideological and political education,place it on the foundation of human nature,proceed from the perspective of ontology philosophy and study from the perspective of practice viewpoint,it contains the value pursuit of the unity of instrumentality and value,conformity of legitimacy and purposiveness,which has certain theoretical and reflective significance.Based on the above understanding,this article is divided into the following parts:The First Part: Analysis of the status of the essence of ideological and political education.The rich theoretical achievements,diversified perspectives and approaches of ideological and political education have laid a solid theoretical foundation for follow-up research.However,there are still many differences and problems concerning the methods and modes of thinking of essences.The real meaning of the research needs to have a clear understanding of the premise and a more thorough thinking.The second part: the historical concept of the nature of tracing and thinking change.The study of the nature of things not only has historical promotion of the wave of essentialism research,but also originated from the Western ontology pursuing the metaphysical thinking temperament.In the retrospection of the history of ontological thinking history,it can clarify the true purpose and basic connotation of the essence research and clarify many views and disagreements in the current study clarify the historical limitations of ontology and the truth of the way of thinking in practice,so as to establish the essential viewpoint of "adjusting the value activities of the relationship between people and society".The third part: Analysis of the essence of ideological and political education.It is based on Marx's three-stage theory of human existence and development,understanding the historical development and reality contradictions of ideological and political education,and explaining "the value activities of adjusting the relationship between people and society".The essence of ideological and political education is in line with the law of the development of human existence and the law of social development and is the real solution to the actual contradictions between the requirements of ideological and moral qualities and the ideological and moral qualities of people as set forth in certain social development.It shows the change of the way of thinking and the way of comprehension in essence.It responds to the modern situation confronting the current ideological and political education and reveal its ultimate concern for people.The fourth part:the reflection of the subject based on the research of essence.Based on the study of the nature of ideological and political education,the context of modernity as the background,the discourse research under the anti-essentialism trend of thought after the essentialism as the starting point and use the practice way of thinking to reconstruct the discourse research on macro and daily,authoritativeness and nihility,individual and society,form and content,abstract and specific polarization of understanding,and then look at the thinking and research orientation of holistic research in the field of ideological and political education,eventually resorted to the discipline understanding and development of ideological and political education,to realize the inner development after the confirm from the "meta" theory research,access to self-consistent of logical thinking,self-awareness of cultural theory and historical reality.
