Our country is a large agricultural country in the process of urbanization in rural development as a constraint to China’s current social development bottleneck. The country entered a critical period in the process of urbanization, China’s reform and development of the biggest problems is the "three rural" issue. In the "three rural issues" continuous fermentation process, left-behind children in rural areas has been recognized as an extension of an aspect of the "three rural issues" also reflect the specific manifestation of acute problems of rural society. On the one hand the problems of urbanization, the urban-rural contradiction leads to a vicious cycle of industry and agriculture. The vicious cycle of industry and agriculture in turn further aggravate the urban and rural opposition. Urban and rural intensification of contradictions makes rural children left behind suffer. Therefore, how to properly handle the various aspects of rural children left behind, on the smooth progress of urbanization; the matter of the harmonious development of urban-rural relations; rural social stability and unity of matter; a matter of socialism with Chinese characteristics basic economic development strategic choice. On the other hand the socialist countries to achieve the development of urbanization is not to exacerbate the urban and rural opposition, but to eliminate differences between urban and rural areas. Therefore, to develop the urban fringe, to break the urban-rural split barriers, urban-rural dual mode gradually from urban and rural integration. Thus improving and helping rural children left behind questions of social impact. Around the "three rural" issues around urbanization development, the transfer of rural surplus labor from the perspective of rural children left behind to find and solve the problem of children left behind in rural areas will have a strong social significance.
