Migrant children and left-behind children as the modern social and economic development imbalance,social dual household registration system under the social vulnerable groups,is the need for the community to give attention and help groups.Migrant children as a result of follow their parents into the city life,the family outside the environment has undergone tremendous changes,mobile children face unfamiliar school environment,unfamiliar teachers,classmates and with the original interpersonal network break case,There are some problems in the adaptability of migrant children.Left-behind children because of their parents in the long-term foreign workers,the family environment has also undergone tremendous changes,left-behind children in the need for parental care and supervision of the age but because of their parents busy working in the lack of communication and communication with the left-behind children,some left-behind children and parents communicate only by telephone,left-behind children in their growth process encountered some psychological and life problems and parents can not tell,This leads to left-behind children in the psychological strong sense of loneliness and insecurity.This article through the flow of children and left-behind children in the psychological,emotional,academic,interpersonal relationship in the questionnaire survey,SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the statistical data of migrant children and left-behind children to study and explore the problems of migrant and left-behind children in these three areas,From the four aspects of migrant children and left-behind children themselves,families,schools and society to find out why migrant children and left-behind children in these schools do not adapt to these problems.Through the use of SPSS22.0 software for migrant children and left-behind children in the psychological,emotional,academic and interpersonal relationship for comparative analysis-analysis of migrant children and left-behind children in the school does not adapt to the differences and draw the children because of their parents in their learning motivation and learning interest is more intense,but in the process of intercourse with urban children there is still a certain degree of incompatibility,there is a certain inferiority complex.Left-behind children because of their parents long-term lack of supervision,so that left-behind children's learning interest,lack of learning motivation,learning attitude there is a certain problem,in terms of overall comparison,the overall performance of migrant children in school adaptability is superior to that of left-behind children in terms of school adaptability.The purpose of this study is to provide some reference for migrant workers in rural areas,so that migrant workers can provide a relatively good learning and growth environment for their children,so that migrant children and left-behind children can be more active and healthy growth.For children in schools and children left behind the school adaptability issues,use social work expertise and skills to provide professional assistance to migrant children and left-behind children,use of three kinds of social work intervention methods for case work,group work and community work to provide professional social work services for migrant and left-behind children.The use of social work expertise to explore the children and children left behind their own advantages and potential,actively mobilize the surrounding resources of migrant children and left-behind childrenfor community resources for migrant children and left-behind children to provide a better community living environment,promote the development of social welfare and social policies for migrant and left-behind children,to protect the basic rights and educational resources of migrant children and left-behind children?For the healthy growth of children and children left behind to provide a more favorable social environment.
