Labor relations are the most basic factor of the economy and society.Harmonization of labor relations directly affects the development of social economy and thus affects the construction of a harmonious society.At present,the economic development of Baotou is undergoing a period of transformation and upgrading.This transformation is directly related to the emergence and resolution of labor issues.Labor unions are an important force that represents the laborers in the labor relations.In the face of changes in labor relations,labor unions in Baotou must fully grasp the profound and realistic characteristics of the changes in labor relations,and resolve labor relations in accordance with the economic and social conditions in Baotou City.Effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and build a harmonious labor relationship.This paper attempts to explore the problems and methods of labor unions in Baotou to build a harmonious labor relationship through survey research methods,literature analysis methods,and induction summarization methods.The article is divided into three parts.The introduction part gives a brief overview of the significance of this topic,research status,research methods and structural arrangements.The first part of the text introduces the concepts and basic theories related to the establishment of a harmonious labor relationship by labor unions,and discusses the necessity of labor unions to build a harmonious labor relationship.The second part is based on a questionnaire survey to analyze the status quo of relevant elements of labor relations in Baotou City and the effectiveness of labor unions in Baotou to build a harmonious labor relationship.The third part elaborates on issues such as the lack of capacity for independent work of labor unions in the investigation and practice,the ineffectiveness of collective wage negotiation,the low level of employee recognition of labor union work,and the inability of labor unions to cope with new issues in the new era.Then,combined with the existing relevant laws and regulations,the causes of the above problems areanalyzed.The fourth part puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on the issues raised in the third part.In the end,the article makes a brief summary of the full-text discussion and points out the issues to be studied and the deficiencies in this article.
