China is currently during the economic platform period,and the Central Committee of the Communist Party advanced reform of the supply front,putting forward a series of strategies of “Internet plus”,“Made in China 2025” and “Industry 4.0” etc.Under this condition,a lot of new social structures,industrial models and career modes emerge inevitably impact the traditional labor relationship.The statistics released by ministry of labor and social security shows: there are up to 625,000 cases of labor dispute registered from January 2016 to October 2016,1,601,000 people signed labor contract afterwards and chasing payment up to 28620 million.Thus it can be seen that contradiction highlights in our labor relationship without harmony.Building harmonious labor relationship is the foundation of resolving social conflicts and harmonious society.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the state council jointly released the policy?opinion of Building harmonious labor relationship?in 2015,which proposed relocation and requirement at state level.Union participation is critical in regulating labor relationship.During the period of reform of the supply front,the study of effect of union participation in harmonious labor relationship building and related legal matters has realistic meaning and theoretical value.The paper's processing route is introducing,analyzing and solving around the issue of effect of union participation in harmonious labor relationship building and related legal matters.Firstly,the characteristic and problems of our labor relationship during the period of reform of the supply front,explaining the related issues of labor relationship,harmonious labor relationship and union participation.The necessity and urgency of harmonious labor relationship is also analyzed.Secondly,an innovative index of employee's subjective evaluation(Job Satisfaction)is used to measure the harmonious degree,which different from traditional evaluation system focus on dealing labor disputes afterwards.The evaluation proposed in the paper put the labor contradiction forwards.Based on the data collected randomly group sampling,the paper used empirical method to quantitative influence degree between union participation and job satisfaction including each factors,and the correlation of union participation and harmonious labor relationship is confirmed.Finally,in the light of China's labor law and social security law,the legal and practical basis of the ways of union regulating current labor relationship is studied,and the blind spot,blank point and deficiencies of current laws and regulations in respect of dealing new labor relationship and building harmonious labor relationship is analyzed and the solution is proposed.Based on the study,the author found that there is significant role of union participation in building harmonious labor relationship during the reform of the supply front.Union participation has not yet played an active role and lack of responsibility in regulating labor relationship as well as building harmonious labor relationship.The legal reasons behind include: Firstly,current laws and regulations concentrate on remedy afterwards,ignoring preventive measures(coordinating mechanism);Secondly,there are lack of part of union duties in clear specifies and superior laws;Thirdly,the regulations of labor union expenditure makes it hard to be independent;Fourthly,?Labor Law of the People's Republic of China?and related laws fall behind the growth of economy and labor relationship.The paper proposed corresponding solutions aiming at legal problems,which include followings: individual adjustment of labor relationship is transiting to collective adjustment,improving our current trade unions,strengthening union independence and democracy construction,building back pay alert system and punishment mechanism and dealing with relationship with other NGOs.Both theoretical and empirical content is included in the paper.Analysis of legal respect makes the paper have substantial content,and empirical thesis reveals actual development situation.Hope the paper provides significance for other similar study.
