Study On The Law Enforcement Ststem Of Fire Control In China

As an empirical research on law enforcement system of fire control(F.C.),the article's divided into four parts.Part 1 is a series of fundemental analyses of law enforcement system of F.C.in China,including administrative subjects of fire control as well as their staff as the key element of the system;administrative law enforcement acts and their typical procedures such as processes of supervision and inspection and administrative penalty of F.C.,as well as legal norms such as national and local law and rules,regulations,,technical and operational standards of F.C.From Part 2 to Part 4 are a series of exploratory analyses,covering the discussion of system deficency and counter measures of F.C practices in China by case study and data analysis;the summarization of overseas experiences of F.C.and enlightenment to China administrative reform of F.C.Last but not the least,based on the quotation from revised draft of the Law of F.C.of PRC(2016),the article analysed the direction and paths of China F.C administrative system reform in multiple dimensions,attempting to provide some constructive suggestions tolegalization and innovation of law enforcement system of F.C.in China.
