Research On The Normal Development And Countermeasures Of Jinjiang's Youth Volunteer Service

Since the Central Youth League initiated and implemented the Youth Volunteer Service in 1993,the Youth League Committees all over the country have responded to the call and actively participated in the construction of youth volunteer services.Volunteerism is an important social activity in modern civilization.Young people,as the most dynamic group in the whole society,naturally become the most involved group in voluntary service activities.China's youth volunteer service started late and has little experience.There are still many problems in the development process,and it is urgent to support and promote its healthy development.As a county-level city where our country started building voluntary services earlier,Jinjiang has achieved good results in years of development.However,compared with the construction of youth voluntary services in first and second-tier cities,there is still a certain gap,especially in volunteering.The stability of the service is not enough to make it persistent.Therefore,this paper has chosen the practical significance of the development of youth voluntary service,combined with the background of the transformation of the current government functions,analyzed the deficiencies in the development of youth voluntary service,and found that the youth voluntary service in Jinjiang City is In the process of normalization,there are three major issues: the lack of smooth communication,low efficiency of internal operations,and the need for improvement in the overall development environment.The reasons for these problems mainly include the narrow scope of recruitment,a relatively simple external advocacy channel,lack of targeted incentive measures,lack of an effective and effective management system,and excessive intervention by higher-level administrative departments.To this end,the article uses motivation theory and public organization theory to analyze and research,and put forward the following suggestions for the normal development of youth volunteer services in Jinjiang City: learn from the experience of domestic volunteer service management;use incentive theory to improve the working mechanism of youth volunteer service;focus on incentives The youth volunteer service carrier is materialized;the youth-oriented voluntary service that focuses on incentives is professionally operated;and the youth-oriented voluntary service that focuses on motivation is operated legally.
