Research On The Operation Mode Of Government WeChat

With the rapid development of wireless network and mobile communication technology 4G,China has entered the era of micro Internet,the application of network and intelligent mobile phone made WeChat and other social platforms become the main way of information dissemination.The WeChat has become a new management tools since the government website and government micro-blog,and with its unique advantage of public service function is incorporated into the China government website performance evaluation index system.Combine the development of Internet technology and public management,WeChat is the new government information disclosure pattern in this new media era,which plays a key role in the construction of service-oriented government.At the same time,The operation of WeChat is an important measure of China's governance model innovation,also as a social innovation and service management.Therefore,the WeChat is the embodiment of government to improve public governance ability when applied to the field of governance and public administration scientifically,explore a possible operation mode of WeChat has important significance for improving the government's public management and public service.This paper adopts the method of literature research and case study,Research on the current situation of government WeChat in Fujian province,starting from the subject in government WeChat operation,according to the purchase of WeChat operation service as the basis of classification,analyze the operation mode of Fujian province government WeChat,Divide the current operation mode of government WeChat into three categories: independent operation mode,entrust completely to the social organization operation mode,Cooperate with social organization operation mode.By introducing the three corresponding case,to analyze the organizational structure,applicability,operation effect and characteristics of three different operation modes of WeChat,Combined with the case,I find the main problems in different government WeChat operation process models.combined with the case,the study find the main problems in different operation mode of government WeChat,discuss the reasons behind the problem,In the end,I put forward some suggestions to improve the operation of government WeChat from four aspects: make sure the shape of government WeChat,perfected the operation guarantee system,strengthening the operation and management and creating an interactive environment.Hopes the suggestions can provide valuable reference for the government,to help improve the overall operation level of government WeChat.
