Research On The Government Behavior In The Process Of Sustainable Utilization Of Nan An Overseas Chinese Resources

Since China's reform and opening-up,with the national conditions,the changing trend of overseas Chinese,0verseas Chinese resources increasingly plays important role in the social development.Several generations of national leaders in the new area have made a series of important speeches on how to effectively develop,utilize and cultivate overseas Chinese resources,and fully affirmed the indispensable importance of the thousands of returned overseas Chinese and their relatives for the great development of China.As one of the national famous overseas Chinese county,Nan'an overseas Chinese resources take the great contribution to the development of Nan'an construction.Overseas Chinese resources to realize the sustainable utilization,they will finally rapid economic restructuring and upgrading;help to improve the soft power and international influence of Nan'an city.Nanan city government and the relevant overseas Chinese departments have done a good job for the sustainable use of overseas Chinese resources as a service in the construction of Nan'an City,an important way of development,is of great significance.This paper takes the government behavior in the process of sustainable utilization of Nan'an overseas Chinese resources as the research object and combines different research forms such as literature and qualitative analysis to analyze the main measures,achievements and the existing problems and related causes,when the related departments carry out the Overseas Chinese affairs.Based on the author herself many years experiences of Overseas Chinese work,The author uses the new public service theory to analyze,that should be accurate positioning of government functions,strengthening the work of new generation overseas Chinese affairs,improving the policy of serving for the development of overseas Chinese resources,advancing the work team construction.It also combines with the new public service theory in order to promote the sustainable utilization of overseas Chinese resources in Nan'an city.
