With the improvement of the human resource management and innovation,labor dispatching work to focus on a widespread application,G organization since 2012 hire labor dispatch employees,management for many years found that there are still insufficient in the management of labor dispatch employees,this study is an organ for G organization performance management to provide suggestions to perfect the labor dispatching employees.The research content of this paper includes six parts: the first part introduces the research background,significance,method,etc.The second part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of performance management.The third part makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of human resources,the goal of performance management,guidance,monitoring,assessment,communication and feedback,as well as the problems and causes of the application of assessment results of the dispatched employees in G organization.The fourth part proposes the corresponding performance management improvement plan according to the preliminary analysis,so that each link of performance management is closely linked;The fifth part puts forward relevant personnel,system,culture and financial guarantee;The sixth part is to summarize the research process and experience of this paper.By this study focuses on the basic information of the labor dispatching employees,work content and the management present situation analysis,find out the labor dispatching employee performance problems and causes and puts forward some Suggestions,combining the actual requirement of the unit to design,design performance indicators KPI for ideas,in the framework of rating scale method of design progress,on the basis of the force distribution method to determine the assessment results,rich guidance,monitoring,communication and feedback of performance management and other related content,the establishment of a performance management of the security system and later to the assessment results in the promotion,salary and the application of career development,etc.It is hoped that this study can provide support for the management of dispatched employees and the performance management of logistics in government agencies and units.
