| With the vigorous development of our country’s health undertakings and science and technology education and other undertakings,under a good living environment,the overall human life span has been prolonged,and the issue of aging has become the focus of attention.With the gradual increase of the age,the physical function of the elderly is also declining.The daily dietary problems have become the major life difficulties for the elderly.Due to differences in the economic abilities and health of the elderly,the demand of elderly people for meal aid services is also different.However,the current meal-feeding methods are relatively single and do not meet the diverse dietary needs of the elderly.The community home-based pension model is a new type of old-age care.Based on the reality of our country’s old-age care needs,we combine traditional home-based care with modern social care for the elderly.Through the research on related literatures at home and abroad,it is found that the service design has certain reference significance for the design practice and theoretical basis of the meal support services in the community home-based pension model.This project takes the help of meal service under the community home-based pension model in Xinxiang City of Henan Province as the research object.They visited the community home-based care center and the home-based care center,and conducted the meal-feeding service process and the elderly in the community.Questionnaire surveys,observation interviews,and other practical investigations were conducted to present the results of the survey in the form of user portraits and graphs.This summed up the old people’s need for pain points in the meal service and its causes.In response to this pain point,this paper comprehensively considers the needs of different interest groups,uses service blueprints and service flow charts and other tools to redesign the community-based home-based elderly meal-feeding process,so that the service can be more efficient and the design of meal-helping services can be summarized in principle. |
