Research On The Elderly Resource Supply Of The Oldest-old People Living Alone From The Perspective Of Social Work

With the deepening of the aging of our country and the weakening of the family pension function in China,the oldest-old people living alone are the weak groups in the elderly group,and their pension problem is getting more and more attention.One of the most important factors that affect the old-age pension level is the supply of resources for the aging.Therefore,the supply of old-age pension resources for the oldest-old people living alone needs the participation of multiple subjects to construct a more sound social support network for the elderly.This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in the supply of old-age resources for the oldest-old people living alone under the perspective of social work,and constructs a model of social work intervention to clarify the role of social work.Taking H community as an example,this paper uses interview method to collect the acceptance of old-age resources for the oldest-old people living alone.Based on the interview data,we find out that the oldest-old people living alone in community H have the characteristics of large proportion of elderly population,high proportion of female and higher education level.They have a variety of needs in daily life care,disease care,spiritual level,but the actual supply of resources can not effectively meet their needs.Based on this,the author analyzes the direct and indirect services provided by social workers,and analyzes the effectiveness and shortcomings of their practice.Finally,Finally,under the guidance of the social support network theory,this paper puts forward some suggestions to establish and perfect the formal social support network and to stabilize the informal support network in order to improve the supply of resources for the elderly living alone.Among them,in the sound of the formal social support network,this article takes the private organization as the main body of the specialized endowment resources supply,the government carries on the macroscopic control to the pension resources supply,thecommunity provides the supplementary resources for the old-age service,In the framework of the pluralistic supply of the supplementary power of the development of public welfare organizations to the supply of endowment resources,this paper probes into the specific strategic suggestions that social work can intervene in.It is of great significance to study the supply of the oldest-old people living alone.It can not only enrich the study of social work on the supply of old-age resources for the oldest-old people living alone,and promote the research on the special group of the elderly,but also enrich the old-age resources of the oldest-old people living alone and improve the quality of life of them.
