The Influence Of Official And Civilian Interaction On Government Trust In Government Micro Live-Streaming

The development of Internet and communication technology and the popularization of mobile intelligent terminals represented by mobile phone provide the basis for the public to realize social public participation through the Internet and social media platforms.Especially in recent years,live-streaming have developed rapidly,and government micro live-streaming is on the rise.Weibo has gradually become the main position of government live-streaming.In such a situation,more and more people choose to participate in the interaction with the government through government micro live-streaming,understand the relevant policies and activities of the government,and enhance the understanding and trust of the government.Therefore,to study the influence of official and civilian interaction on government trust in government micro live-streaming is helpful for the government to guide the public to participate in the micro live-streaming of government affairs,and provide the practical basis for enhancing the government trust.Through questionnaire and statistical analysis,this paper studies the influence of official and civilian interaction on government trust in government micro live-streaming,and then explores the mediating effect of government transparency perception.First of all,this paper makes a detailed explanation on the theoretical basis of the research,and makes a detailed interpretation and analysis of the related concepts and the division of their dimensions.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and theoretical model of this paper,and carries out the specific scale design and sample selection of the questionnaire.Thirdly,after the questionnaires were collected,data analysis was conducted on the valid questionnaires.Through correlation analysis,hierarchical regression analysis and mediation effect test,the research hypotheses presented in this paper were tested.At last,the research of this paper is analyzed and summarized.Through the empirical research,this paper shows that the higher the level of public interaction in government micro live-streaming,the higher the public trust in government.At the same time,there is a mediating effect on government transparency perception between the official and civilian interaction in government micro live-streaming and government trust.The effect of official and civilian interaction in government micro live-streaming will affect public perception of government transparency,and public perception of government transparency will further influence government trust.
