A Research On The Long-term Mechanism Of Creating National Civilized City In Zhumadian

City as a carrier of society,in the process of economic and social development in a more and more important position.In recent years,with the progress of socialist modernization in our country,the economic,political and social various aspects have made remarkable progress,the city’s comprehensive development is becoming more and more demanding.The civilized city is a comprehensive index to evaluate the overall situation of a city.With the increase of the momentum of national civilized cities nationwide,the evaluation of civilized cities involves a lot of content,which involves almost all aspects of urban construction,and adopts dynamic assessment methods and the flexibility of assessment methods.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the long-term mechanism created by civilized cities for the smooth development of civilized city creation.This article starts with the background of civilized cities,and focuses on the theories of urban management,urban development,and urban civilization in the world.First,a review of the connotation and development of the nation’s civilized cities,and the basic facts of the city of civilization in the country,and the need to establish a long-term mechanism through the assessment of the national civilization city.Secondly,taking Zhumadian as an example,this paper reviews the development process of its national civilized cities,and emphasizes the positive impact of the creation of its national civilized cities on urban development,as well as the deficiencies existing in the process of creation.In the end,by comparing and analyzing the achievements of the four experienced civilized cities in China,and the long-term mechanism formed in the process of creation,the paper puts forward the preliminary Suggestions and countermeasures for the establishment of long-term mechanism of the national civilized city in Zhumadian city based on the absorbing reference.
