The Research On The Development Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics Philanthropy

Philanthropy is manifested in human love.Since the reform and opening up,with the development of economy and the opening of policy,philanthropy has appeared more and more in people's field of vision.After the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008,charitable activities abound.From that time,China's philanthropy has entered a period of rapid development.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee clearly stated the development of philanthropy for the first time.Philanthropy has since appeared in important national programmatic documents.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress proposed a strategy to improve philanthropy.From support to development to perfection,the healthy development of philanthropy is conducive to raising social morality,narrowing the gap between rich and poor,achieving common prosperity,and promoting social fairness and harmony.At present,the rapid development of China's philanthropy,how to build a socialist with Chinese characteristics philanthropy is an important topic that we must pay attention to.This article intends to start from the Marxist philanthropy theory as a basic starting point,conduct research based on the actual national conditions,and hope to make effective explorations.This thesis is composed of three sections:The first part,socialism with Chinese characteristics philanthropy is part of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper starts with the basic theory.Clarified the related concepts,theoretical basis and characteristics of socialist with Chinese characteristics philanthropy.Through a holistic awareness of philanthropy,combined with previous research results,a comprehensive scientific analysis of Marx? Engels and Lenin's charitable ideas and the Chinese Communists' charitable thoughts,to lay the theoretical guidance for the study.At the same time,it points out the characteristics of Chinese philanthropy,and clarifies that it is the basis and prerequisite for promoting the construction of philanthropy in China.The second part,on this basis,analyzes and summarizes the development of philanthropy in China in recent years.First,it outlines a series of developments that have been made in philanthropy.Second,on the basis of affirmative achievements,it clarifies the problems in development from the normalization of charitable organization,credibility construction,principal part,and charity atmosphere,and analyzes the causes.That promotes philanthropy to find a breakthrough and a point of focus.The third part,in order to improve the overall goal of philanthropy to serve socialism with Chinese characteristics,on the basis of using the experience of western countries,this paper proposes the following suggestions: strengthen the construction of charities,strengthen the legal construction of charity,rationalize the charity management system,and strengthen the socialist charity culture.
