Relocating the poor living in impoverished regions is the fundamental measure to solve the problem that the resources of the place can't support the survival of the locals.It is also the crucial and difficulty for targeted poverty alleviation.This paper mainly focuses on the relocating the poor of Hubei Province in the context of targeted poverty alleviation.The main content of this paper is divided into seven parts.The first part and the second part are mainly discussed the background,significance,research methods,innovation of the relocation of poverty alleviation and references.The third part analyzes the main problems and difficulties of the relocation in Hubei Province.The problems including imperfect data and the difficulty of choosing resettlement areas,protecting financial security,keeping development and using land reasonable.The fourth part compares the centralized resettlement mode and the scattered resettlement mode of relocation.In the fifth part of the article,the paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems existing in the relocation of Hubei Province.It discussed how to improve the investment and financing mechanism,supervision and evaluation incentives and increase the intensity of industrial development support.Firstly,according to the variety sources of funding,standard operation of the capital flow,good investment and financing platform could improve the investment and financing mechanisms of relocation.Secondly,improving supervision,assessment and incentive mechanism,and then increase the intensity of industrial development support.Thirdly,increase the intensity of industrial development support.
