Research On The Decision Making Of The Elderly Care Under The Influence Of Concepts And Resources

With the continuous growth of the elderly population,C hina has entered the stage of aging society,the caring pressure is more serious.With the increasing of elderly services content and service quality,the elderly and their families can choose more and more ways of care.This thesis made the process of choice for care through the study of the elderly and their families,to explore the resources and ideas is how to affect the elderly care,has a certain theoretical and practical significance to understand the decision-making path and promote care pension services development.Furthermore,it provides the reference for the development of the related welfare policies and services in C hina.The main part of the thesis consists of four parts:the first part reviews the relevant literature and defines the concept of the research,and summarizes the main ways of care and family evolution,concept change,care resources and other factors on the way of care;the second part,author analyzes the concept of care decision,and discusses the change of people's concept of formal care and infor mal care;the third part discusses the category of care resources and cognitions,and the adequacy of care resources related cognitions and concepts,children's care resources output has a limitation,the output of care resources cannot affect the children's survival,at the same time they must ensure the quality of life conform to their own social status;the fourth part discusses the process of care decision and the decision results,analyses the ownership of the care decisions under the influence of the concept and resources,showing the elderly people's cognition and willingness of choosingto take care by their children,or take care by beadhouse,or take care by the community.The conclusion part sums up the concept of shared responsibility between parent-offspring has changed,parents are more self responsible than ever before,offspring care responsibilities haveconverged;care resource adequacy is affected by the concept;theacceptance of formal care service has improved.
