Research On The Government Functions Through The Development Of E-commence In Suqian's "Taobao Village"

Now,China is in the process of deepening rural reform and speeding up the construction of agricultural modernization.It's great significant to speed up the development of rural e-commerce,promoting the development of rural economy,promoting the process of urbanization,improving the commercialization rate of agricultural products,facilitating the production and the life of farmers,and improving the level of rural circulation modernization.Now,there is a new model of rural economic development——“taobao village”.“Taobao village” as a hot word in recent years,represents the development of rural e-commerce has reached a new stage,and representing China's rural areas presents a new form in the modernization process.Through the field research on some typical “Taobao Village” in Suqian,this paper used questionnaires and interviews as the method of collecting data to analyze and research the government functions during the development of E-Commerce based on the government functions theories.And from the aspects of the government's macrocontrol function,market supervision function,public service function,and social management function,analyze the functional problems that the government has in the development of “Taobao Village”.Through the research and analysis,it can be concluded that the reasons which lead to a series of problems in the development of ecommerce in “Taobao Village” can be summed up as insufficient attention from the government,lack of overall arrangements,and the constraints of the government's traditional concept of industrialization.After analysis,the author believes that in the future development of “Taobao Village” e-commerce in Suqian,the government needs to carry out functional transformation and management mechanism innovation,optimize the government's macro-control functions,improve the government's market supervision functions,and strengthen the government's public service functions.
