Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Villagers' Autonomy In China At Present

Villager autonomy is the main content of democracy construction at the grass-roots level in China.It originated in the early 1980 s and showed its strong vitality as soon as it appeared.Through the villagers' autonomy,rural villagers manage the village affairs effectively,not only to dissolve the contradictions,promote the development of the rural economy and society,but also embody the socialist democracy and ensure the real ownership of the people.Through more than 30 years of practice,China's rural villagers' autonomy has made certain progress and has achieved certain results.However,due to various reasons,villagers' autonomy in China still exposes many difficulties,pain points and blocking points in the process of practice.Therefore,the in-depth analysis of the difficulties,the pain points and the plugging points of the villagers' autonomy in our country at the present stage will be of great enlightenment and reference for the better development and operation of the villagers' autonomy in our country and the democratic reform at the grass-roots level in our country.The main body of this article is divided into three parts:The first part is an overview of the autonomy of the villagers.From the concept of villager autonomy,the core content of villagers' autonomy(four democracy)and the development course of villagers' autonomy(origin,trial and development),the concept of villagers' autonomy is systematically expounded.The second part of the status of villagers' autonomy.From the core content of villager autonomy "four democracy",we summarize the achievements of villagers' autonomy in our country.From the system,mechanism,history and many other aspects,we objectively analyze the difficulties,pain points and plugging points of villagers' autonomy in our country at the present stage,and make an in-depth analysis of the causes of these main problems.The third part is the improvement of villagers' autonomy.In the light of the current problems and causes,combined with the latest principles and policies of the state,further measures and suggestions are put forward.
