The curriculum of law in secondary vocational schools is uneven,especially the content of labor law is weak.This paper adopts the method of empirical research to find problems and put forward Suggestions for improvement.Through the investigation of the current situation of labor law education in five secondary vocational schools in Shandong,it is found that there are a lot of problems,including: lack of content of labor law education,unclear educational objectives;Single teaching method;Teachers are seriously inadequate and unprofessional;Lack of sound audit,supervision mechanism and other problems.In view of the above problems,the paper proposes the following Suggestions:First,from the education system to establish teaching objectives.This is because the reform of China's education system follows the decision of the political and economic reform.If we want to carry out labor law education in secondary vocational schools nationwide,the content of the curriculum must be updated.The main task of labor law education course is to establish labor law system for secondary vocational students,so that students have an understanding of basic knowledge,learn to use legal weapons to protect their legitimate labor rights and interests.Second,the teaching content of labor law should be updated gradually from the region to the whole country.It could start with trials in some areas and be rolled out gradually.It is divided into three aspects: implementing systematic teaching content,focusing on specialized targeted content,and real case teaching content.Based on this,the class schedule of labor law education is formulated.Third,improve teaching methods.Secondary vocational students first labor law teaching specific methods are listed,there are mainly classroom teaching method,multimedia teaching method,practice teaching,heuristic teaching,Zhuan Ti Shi teaching method,classroom interactive teaching,etc.,in order to build a complete class labor legal system education method,requires teachers to choose and use a variety of flexible teaching methods,the purpose of mastering the process.Specifically,it includes: combining theory with practice,making full use of case teaching method,using moot court and other practical education methods;Online and offline promotion,full use of modern teaching means,pay attention to mooc,micro classroom,We Chat public number and other flexible application;The dominant position of teachers should be firmly established and students should be given full play to.Fourth,optimize the teaching staff.First of all,we should recruit law teachers of relevant majors,improve the quality of labor law teachers from the national level,and increase the number of labor law teachers.Secondly,pre-class labor law training for teachers is mainly carried out through three steps: cultivating teachers' labor law concept,providing theoretical professional training for teachers and conducting legal practice training.It is also necessary to improve the assessment mechanism of teachers,change the traditional assessment methods,add the assessment results of professional theory training and legal practice training into the assessment mechanism,and add academic achievements and classroom effects into the assessment content.Fifth,strengthen the teaching effect.This part should strengthen the labor law teaching effect and the labor market correlation first;Second We Chat public number can be built to provide practical help,this part provides query,labor and employment laws and regulations knowledge,practical tools,authoritative consulting,employment information,such as help,also can be provided by the school platform,provides the service for graduates,to the law of diabetes mellitus,provided to form a tripartite mutual collaboration platform,for the measurement of the three parties also provide a new evaluation path.Sixth,improve secondary vocational students labor law teaching curriculum evaluation standards.Secondary vocational schools can adopt a three-way evaluation system,that is,schools evaluate students,schools evaluate employers,students evaluate schools,students evaluate employers,employers evaluate schools,and employers evaluate students.The formation of a tripartite evaluation mechanism is of great significance to all three parties and will have a positive impact on them.The launch of the tripartite evaluation process should not be limited to the school,but should be a medium-to long-term evaluation process.Through research-put forward the problem-to solve the problem of the logic,the completion of secondary vocational school labor legal education recommendations,six improvement directions,intended for secondary vocational schools to establish a sound labor legal system,all-round and multi-angle to promote the improvement of China's secondary vocational learning labor education.
