Study On The Current Situation And Promotion Path Of "Internet + Government Service" In Alxa Left Banner

"Internet + government service" is an important part of China's strategy for building a strong network,and it is also a strategic choice for China to build service-oriented government and advance the modernization of its governance system and governance capabilities.As an important model for the provision of government public services,it is also an important measure for the government to deepen the reform of the “distribution of service”,accelerate the transformation of government functions,and build a people's satisfaction government.At present,the construction of "Internet + government service" in China is developing unevenly.Generally speaking,the eastern part is faster,the middle is the second,and the west is slow.Especially in the western ethnic areas,because of the political,economic,cultural and social development foundations in the region,there is a large gap with the eastern and central regions.Therefore,the degree of construction of “Internet + government services” is also different.This paper takes the survey site of Bayanhot town of Alxa Left Banner in western ethnic areas as the research site,Through questionnaires and interviews,we conducted a survey on the development status of the local “Internet + government service” and found that the local government has improved the construction of infrastructure,online service,integration of resources,construction of micro-government platforms,and public satisfaction.To meet the current “Internet + government service” level requirements.At the same time,in the process of the construction of “Internet + government service,” there are issues such as low overall social attention,inadequate functioning of government service platforms,low efficiency of integrated service halls,low public appraisal of government personnel,and reduction of service functions of people-friendly platforms.The reason is due to the fact that the local “Internet + government service” thinking model has not yet been formed,the construction of the government service provision platform is inconsistent,the integrated government service hall is not fully integrated,the service quality of the government service personnel is not hard,and there is a lack of understanding of public demand.Based on the local construction and through the understanding of public needs and combining the development status,we put forward optimization paths,which mainly include: creating an atmosphere of “Internet + government service” to increasing public participation;strengthening the integration of government resources to improving the integration of government service halls;accelerate the construction of government service platforms to enhance the government's online service capabilities;intensify the supervision and assessment of government personnel to enhance public satisfaction;establish public service demand orientation to create quality public services.It is hoped that the research results can provide effective reference for the local solution to the real problems in the development of “Internet + government service”.
