With the popularization of the Internet and the continuous update of 4G/5G technology,informatization has become the development trend of contemporary society.The era of intelligence has been subtly permeating in clothing,food,housing,transportation,emerging businesses,government enterprises and other aspects,our life everywhere need the support of information technology.The concept of "Internet plus" is not only a new form of business in the development of the Internet,but also a national strategy.People's demand for the Internet is higher than ever before,and the Internet and big data are occupying our lives at an amazing speed.In this context,the government is also seeking further changes,the ultimate goal of China's political system reform is to complete the transition from a leading government to a service-oriented government.The establishment of the government information resource platform is to unify the management,integration and release of the information resources of various departments on the basis of the previous government websites,so as to create an efficient one-stop service platform for the public.The government information resource platform has become an important platform for information communication between government departments and the public,and is an indispensable way for the government to understand public opinions and the public to obtain information.In the big data environment,government information resources present diversified features.The establishment of a service-oriented government requires government information resources to better serve the public.Therefore,it is particularly important to identify and analyze the factors affecting the service quality of government information resources platform.Based on this,this study studied the factors affecting the service quality of the government information resource platform from the perspective of public perception,so as to make the government information resource platform more effective and close to the public,and the government information resource serve the public more quickly and accurately.On the basis of previous studies,this paper starts from the perspective of public use,starts with the characteristics of service quality of government information resource platform,and selects the influencing factors of service quality of government information resource platform.Secondly through questionnaire investigation,construction of government affairs information resources platform service quality factors hypothesis model,then through SPSS25.0 screening influence factors,using principal component analysis(pca)correction factors hypothesis model,eventually building includes five dimensions,the influence factor of 21 big data environment administrative information resources platform service quality influence factors model.Finally based on triangular fuzzy number of DEMATEL influence factors analysis system for quantitative analysis of the research,in the center of the system factors and reasons for degrees as the basis,for big data environment administrative information resources platform service quality research,quantitative analysis of the factors which influence analysis of large data environment administrative information resources platform,the importance of various influencing factors of service quality and influence each other relations.Based on the analysis results of influencing factors,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the service quality of the government information resource platform,so as to comprehensively improve the service quality of the government information resource platform and provide reference for the follow-up research on the service quality of the government information resource platform.
