Research On The Ideological And Political Work Of Mixed Ownership Enterprises In China

With China's increasing emphasis on the role of mixed ownership economy in the economic sphere,in the number of mixed ownership,structure and status has changed greatly.Mixed ownership companies will play an increasingly important role in all areas of the State.Long-term presence of large numbers of mixed ownership companies not only contribute to the economic development an important force,and has its special necessity and importance of ideological and political work of the party system.Ideological and political work of mixed ownership is to ensure that business activities towards the intended target,to ensure that enterprises in the right direction,but also to cultivate a high level of professionalism of the staff,to promote corporate harmony and social stability.In this paper,I chose ideological and political work of mixed ownership companies as research object,and divide the paper into four parts.The first part explains the mixed ownership,ideological and political work and other related concepts,and explains the research meaning,purpose and the need to make efforts to solve the problem.The second part cards mixed ownership enterprise development situation,and explains the importance of mixed ownership enterprises to carry out ideological and political work,as well as some beneficial exploration in practice.The third part focuses on writing in mixed ownership enterprises in the new situation to carry out ideological and political work,and then take ideological and political work of SGMW as a typical case to analysis its achievements and problems,from the point and the surface,and then summarizes the situation of ideological and political work in the mixed ownership enterprises.The fourth part from several aspects of the concept,principles,objectives,content,way,safeguards and evaluation mechanism put forward countermeasures to strengthen and improve ideological and political work of mixed ownership.
