Study On The Party Building Mechanism Of Social Organization In Shenzhen

Since the reform and opening up in China,the economy and society have undergone drastic changes.When the system of units is disintegrated,the party and the state no longer monopolize the life of the individual,and the social field appears in front of people.With the development of the economy,the social contradictions become more and more,the government cannot solve all the problems,and the importance of social organization starts to stand out.But with the increase in social organization,the regulatory issues have been raised,the relationship between the government,the party and the social organization has been inconsistencies in some ways,and social organizations have been used by foreign forces for their special status.In view of this,the state proposes to carry out the party construction of the social organization,in need of guiding the political direction of the social organization through the party organization,and give its more important tasks,with the implementation of the policy,the party construction of the social organization in various places.This paper analyzes the current situation of the party construction of Shenzhen social organization,investigates the current situation of the party construction of Shenzhen social organization,summarizes the existing problems,and makes Suggestions based on relevant theories.In theory,the author explains the legitimacy of social organization's party construction from the perspective of the methodological perspective,and applies the theory of embedded development to the micro level,and develops it to explain the mechanism of social organization and party group integration.After conducting field research and in-depth interviews with Shenzhen social organization,it is believed that the party construction work of Shenzhen social organization has the problems of formalization,cognitive deviation of public servants and lack of empowerment.With the perspective of embedded development,Shenzhen should strengthen the resources link function of party organizations in social organizations at the present stage,and increase the empowerment of social organizations under the coordination of party organizations.Finally,party members should give full play to the advanced nature of party members,reform the form of party building activities,and strengthen the internal impetus of party members.The first chapter,introduction,mainly introduces the research question,basic concept definition and previous research review,the study paradigm and the way to introduce the methods and innovations of this article;Chapter two,the general overview of the party building of our social organizations,including the development of our social organizations and the development of the CPC,the policy organizing,and the status quo.Chapter three,introducing the development of the social organization of the city and the current status of the development of the social organization.Chapter four,through field research and in-depth interviews,analyze of the main body and object of the social organization of the city of Shenzhen,analyzing its status and its problems.Chapter five,by embedding the theory of sexual development,we believe that we should be able to solve the problem of the social organization of the city of Shenzhen in the form of resources linkage,empowerment,and promotion of the identity of the party group.
