The most point is elderly people who are suffering from diseases.General hospitals lack long-term rehabilitation nursing service;the civil affairs departments scarcity medical conditions;Elderly apartments can no longer meet the psychological needs of the elderly in China to spend the rest of their lives at home.Now China's pension market in urgent needs to explore a kind of model that can make the old man's abode,sick can cure,can enjoy the daily care of health care services such as pension combination of pension industry.This article will use Yihua Health Company as a case to study its profit model and evaluate it.We want to find out the impact of this type of medical care and pension combined profit model on the company,and what kind of proposals should be made to promote it.The profit model is better developed.Finally,it explored the “essence” of the medical pension and profit model,and provided a reference for the operation of supporting other aged care institutions in China,and at the same time better provided quality services for the elderly.First,the views of different scholars on the medical pension industry and the profit model was reviewed by author,and also defined and organized the concepts and theories that need to be used in the article.It also elaborates on the new medical care and pension industry that integrates medical treatment,nursing,old-age care and rest.By referring to the literature and theories of different scholars,some research methods and research ideas related to the profit model of medical care and pension are learned,which lays a f oundation for the study of Yihua's healthy profitability model.Secondly,it analyzes the environment of Yihua Health and analyzes the current situation of the macro industry and the advantages and disadvantages of the micro enterprises themselves to obtai n the current situation of Yihua Health.Following the author's detailed analysis of the current profitability model of Yihua Health,starting from its structure,it mainly analyzes three components: profit source,profit point,and profit barrier.Then from different perspectives,the effect of Yihua Health's existing profit model on the company is evaluated.From the perspective of market,the author used the event research method to obtain the volatility of the excess return rate by establishing the expected market model.From the financial perspective,the author used the quantitative analysis method to analyze various financial indicators and make changes to it.Reasons and results to be evaluated.After a series of analysis,it is concluded that Yihua Health's current profitability model combining medical care and treatment is very beneficial to the company.Therefore,the author is very much in favor of the company's continued implementation of this measure and puts forward recommendations for Yihua He alth's own environmental issues.The purpose of this article is to deeply integrate Yihua Health's pension and medical resources and develop its medical care and retirement care model while providing traditional life care services and specialized medical rehabilitation services to enable the elderly to enjoy a convenient "one-stop service."
