Under the aging population wave,the developed countries actively respond to it,the pension industry has maturity development.China's aging population also face to a new time,the scale of population is large,the aging speed faster than the European and American countries.Also include the China style,old age fewer children,lonely and incapable,small family,even two more problems,“poor no rich”,and“old before ready”,the China aging pension facing big problem.Set up“home based,community support,institutional support”system.Most governments advocated“9073”pattern,speed up the development of pension industry.This paper learned from the development countries,research and analysis from the government law,institutional guarantee and the whole industry plan to landing,try to find the China style pension path.China's pension industry warmly carries on.The real estate developers,insurance institutions,pension service institutions and foreign pension institutions have also begun to enter the China pension industry.According to the currently pension projects,all present by large scale,large investment,high rich positioning,providing the content of pension services,however short of profit model which we need to consider deeply.This paper research for the pension industry trade,analysis the typical pension project in China,and concluded that the future home,community will be integrated developed.Community based,home based and comprehensive community for the aged will be the future direction of the pension industry development.The pension industry is the cluster development style,but the service and estate will be the core of it.How to push and develop the welfare home care community and commercial comprehensive pension community will be the main problem of the China pension industry,meanwhile,it is the S group pension industry layout core point.This paper researched for the currently typical pension industry business model,analysis from the development investment,operation management to the profit model.Which combined with the S group's pension industry layout,worked out for two strategy service system,the 1^st is facing the numerous quality care services,base on the light assets scale chain development;the 2^nd is facing the top-quality medical service,building barriers by heavy assets,and obtaining closed loop process for integration of pension industry.Meanwhile,based on the S group profit model,put forward the sustainable development path of pension industry.This article research based on the S group pension industry strategy,put forward the“old age plus ecological tropical rain forest”rule,which has practical significance meaning for the development of S group pension industry in the near future.
