Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's education has made great progress,and its overall level has entered the top ranks of the world,and its core competitiveness has been significantly improved.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put education career in the strategic position of priority development,and started a new journey to accelerate the modernization of education and build a powerful educational country.The report clearly puts forward the strategic task of "strengthening the construction of teachers' ethics,cultivating a contingent of high-quality teachers,and advocating the whole society respect teachers".Basic education is the basis of national education.Teachers are the foundation of the basis.It is the fundamental task of education to cultivate teachers.High school teachers,especially young teachers are the key points of the party building work in the school,young teachers are not only responsible for the task of cultivating builders and successors for the cause of socialism,but also faces the responsibility of self-development and self-improvement.The establishment of a team of young teachers of what nature and quality is related to the fate and future of the party's cause and the country,the school party construction work is duty-bound.It is particularly important to strengthen the work of the party building of the young teachers in the new situation.The Party branch of a middle school teacher is the basic unit for the education,management,supervision and service of the party members,is the Battle Fortress of the party's line and policy to the grass-roots level of the school,is the bridge link of the party to unite and contact the vast number of teachers,is an important support for running a good socialist education with Chinese characteristics.The author engaged in the education system of the party's construction in Inner Mongolia since 2009,has involved in organizing the implementation of the education system in the in-depth implementation of the scientific outlook on development,were the first to fight for their superior,the party's mass line education practice,"three steady tightening real" thematic education activity and the "two learn how to make a" learning education.In the actual work,the author deeply feels that the study of the junior high school teachers party construction work in the new period is an important task for the party building of the school.This paper uses literature research,access to a large number of related literature about party construction work of middle school,middle school teachers' ideological and political work and party organization construction as well as the party member development work.Using questionnaire survey,A questionnaire for middle school teachers' Party building work(1),(two)and "middle school young teachers' mental status questionnaire" was issued to some middle schools in Hohhot.,more than 500 questionnaires were valid.Using the field investigation method,combining with the work to carry out on-the-spot investigation,in-depth study of more than 10 middle schools in Hohhot,researching and understanding of the school's practice and experience in strengthening the party construction work of young teachers.It can be known in the survey that since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Middle schools of Hohhot city according to the requirements of the autonomous region party committee and Hohhot municipal party committee,the basic-level party organization construction,strengthen the school teachers work of expanding the coverage of party branch,the fighting fort effect continues to strengthen,the general party member's cutting edge exemplary role teachers has been effectively play,has achieved obvious results.At the same time the author also found that Hohhot middle school teachers' party building work is still faced with many new situations and new problems: party political functions weakening,the party organization life is not often,not serious.The management of party members is lost to the broad,the loss is to the soft;A few teachers are not strong in consciousness,and the vanguard role model is not outstanding.Minority party branch secretary ability is insufficient,the work enthusiasm is not high;Some young teachers are less motivated to join the party.In view of the above problems,the author takes the young teachers in some schools in Hohhot as the research object,on the basis of a series of new instructions and requirements for the work of education and Party building in middle school in accordance with the Party committee of the central and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,carries out an analysis and research on how to strengthen the party building work of young teachers in the new period,supported by a large number of collected detailed data,on the analysis of the problems,on the basis of summing up experience,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the innovation method,innovation mode and so on five aspects to solve these problems.
