Influence Factors And Countermeasures Of The Reform Of Adult Female Prisoners In Prisons

Prison is an organ of the state criminal law enforcement,in our country,the work of the prison policy is to adhere to the "combining punishment with reform and to transform the human purpose".The prison work is the most important reform work;difficult transformation work is the transformation of the smooth and successful female.As a special group,need special attention.In the modern prison system,how to make the female criminals in the transformation process,overcome self control ability of their own,rely on serious thinking,weak willpower,easy emotional behavior,shortcomings of ideological contradiction and so on,how to find the factors to promote female criminals in power in the process of daily management,the change of heart State,willing to reform,devote themselves wholeheartedly to the transformation of life,and successfully turn them into people with a certain moral level,has become an urgent need to study the problem..This article through to the 405 inmates of the survey and interviews,according to the survey results to tease out the four major factors,promote the transformation of adult female prisoners: health,family,learning and pleaded guilty to repentance factors,and analyze the influence of the four factors cause transformation of power,the control combined with the female transformation principle put forward some specific countermeasures measures: to improve the health level of female body and mind,renewing family involved in the transformation of the concept of solid culture and occupation technology education and improving the education mode.Hope to repent them in prison,because of these factors had a positive influence,can set up the correct view of society,adapt to Social mainstream values and norms of conduct,and after the release of prisoners to become law-abiding ordinary citizens.
