In recent years,under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,various localities have carried out beautiful rural construction to jointly create a precious green development road to meet the people's growing beautiful ecological environment and build a sky blue and green land.,water clear beautiful China.The main purpose of this paper is to explore the role of rural community organizations in optimizing the political,economic,and community services within the framework of beautiful rural construction.Based on field survey methods,case analysis methods,and system analysis methods,the The current situation of China's beautiful rural construction and the investigation of the evolution of rural community organizations have summarized and analyzed the prevailing environment,industry,and people's rational use in the construction of beautiful countryside in China.They have learned from the successful experiences of the construction of beautiful rural villages in China.The construction of rural communities has put forward five unified measures:constructive scientific design,systematic management,large-scale production,and socialized service,providing a strong guarantee for beautiful rural construction.This study starts with the national conditions in China at this stage.First,it defines the concept of beautiful countryside and elaborates the framework of the beautiful countryside.Second,it discusses the problems in the development of rural construction in China,from the land to high-speed non-agricultural and rural areas.The three major problems of rapid hollowing and the inconsistent flow of urban and rural factors have been pointed out,pointing out the intrinsic mechanism of beautiful rural construction,that is,to handle the relationship between standardization and difference,handle the relationship between the government and farmers,and handle the government and the market and society well.The relationship has dealt with the relationship between community public product service and management service mechanism;further,it elaborated on the historical evolution of the rural organization development framework for beautiful rural development,and pointed out that the impact of organizational optimization on theconstruction of beautiful rural areas,and proposed a new type of rural community is It has a “three-in-one” function that integrates political leadership,economic development,and community public service,and points out development ideas for beautiful rural construction under the concept of organizational governance;then,it has developed ideas for Penglai Majiagou,Yantai Gaoling Ecological Park,and Guizhou Anshun.The Tang Yan mode is briefly introduced and applied Field investigation methods,case study methods,and systematic analysis methods were used to conduct field surveys and collation analyses of these three typical rural village construction cases.The similarities and differences between these three cases were summarized,and the successful rural construction was used as a reference.The experience has brought forth five beautiful unified rural construction models: scientific design,systematic management,large-scale production,and socialized service;and finally,combined with the latest guiding ideology of our country's beautiful rural construction,we have guided the function and economy of the new rural community's politics.The development function and community public product service function are taken into consideration.The exploration of the path of the beautiful countryside construction will be explored in order to provide a feasible reference for China's beautiful rural construction.
